Conequence: ENGINE FAN SEPARATION CAN CAUSE DEATH OR INJURY TO ANYPERSON IN THE PATH OF THE FAN.
Action Need To Fix It: REPLACE ENGINE FAN WITH FAN FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER.

Conequence: THIS CORROSION CAN CAUSE WIPER ARM/BLADE ASSEMBLY TO STOPWIPING WINDSHIELD, THIS COULD AFFECT DRIVER VISIBILITY AND RESULT IN ANACCIDENT.
Action Need To Fix It: REPLACE SPRAGUE WIPER ASSEMBLY PIVOT WITH AN ASSEMBLY NOT SUSCEPTIBLE TO GALVANIC CORROSION.

Description of Recall: THESE TRUCKS DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER CUTOUT IN THE FRONT DROP RAIL SECTION OF THE FRAME RAIL. WITHOUT THE PROPER CUTOUT, THE STEERING DRIVELINE GREASE FITTING WILL INTERFERE WITH THE FLANGE OF THE CHASSIS RAIL.
Conequence: STEERING DRIVELINE INTERFERENCE WOULD PREVENT PROPERSTEERING CONTROL. THE CONDITION CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF STEERING CAPABILITY.
Action Need To Fix It: DEALERS WILL INSPECT FOR PROPER CUTOUT AND ADEQUATE CLEARANCE WITH THE GREASE FITTING. IF ADEQUATE CLEARANCE DOES NOT EXIST, A CUTOUT WILL BE ADDED TO THE DROP RAIL.

Description of Recall: THE INVOLVED TRUCKS MAY HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION OF A SINGLE CHECK VALVE. THIS FAILS TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS". IN THE EVENT OF A SINGLE FAILURE IN THE REAR AIR SYSTEM, THE LACK OF A CHECK VALVE WOULD ALLOW SIMULTANEOUS LOSS OF AIR FROM BOTH FRONT AND REAR BRAKING SYSTEMS.
